There was a bug found in Veqa Image Marker dealing with using the opacity (useful for watermarking) of JPG, GIF, and BMP formats of the mark image for ImageMagick MagickWand for PHP image drawing. It would do 100% opacity properly, however, anything below that value would not show it correctly and would still show at 100% opacity. But for PNG formats such as PNG-8 and PNG-24, it would work fine. And this also is not an issue with GD image drawing - only ImageMagick MagickWand for PHP.
This is considered a serious bug, but was a small and easy fix. In this new 1.0.1 version of Veqa Image Marker released today, this problem has been fixed. Now opacity below 100% is properly showing for JPG, GIF, and BMP image formats for the mark image in ImageMagick MagickWand for PHP image drawing. But this bug should not be of any concern if you plan to only use a PNG format of the mark image or if using the GD image drawing of the software.
We hope this fix satisfies your needs in our Veqa Image Marker software. A free update of this fix will be available in the Veqa Image Marker updates section.
