Latest News: Veqa ImageFly 1.5 Released

Veqa Image Effects 1.5 has been released now with a bigger effect. Like Veqa Image Resizer 1.5 and Veqa Image Marker 1.5, Veqa Image Effects 1.5 follows our 1.5 project. And up next, Veqa ImageFly 1.5 will finally make its appearance. We're hoping to release Veqa ImageFly 1.5 perhaps by the end of this month. It's been our goal since the beginning of this year to have the 1.5 project complete before the end of this year. And what a long year it has been so far.
The updated version of Veqa Image Effects to 1.5 includes all of what Veqa Image Resizer 1.5 and Veqa Image Marker 1.5 have in general. That being the class, ImageMagick by command-line, cache gallery, login protection and so on. And to top it off, we have enhanced some of the effects themselves and added in new ones. Some of the new you may notice is wave, swirl, shear, sepia, tint, and more.
An enhancement to effects working with colors now has a color preset containing 139 colors to choose from. And you can make your own color preset as well. So, instead of relying on hex values, you can now enter color names such as green, red, blue, and most of the other HTML color names. With the use of the color presets it sure makes the color options a lot more colorful.
Quite a bit of the previous effects have now been reorganized and restructured so you can now have a lot more creativity with them. With the help of our improved system, you can now use - for example - grayscale and invert together, or do one effect more than twice on-the-fly, such as sharpening an image more and more with the sharpen function. And also, it now has support for animations, whether you use ImageMagick or MagickWand, so you can now have an inverted GIF animation applied for each frame of it.
